Message	g .... reason why higher octane resists det is becuase it can be compressed much more before igniting due to pressure. the added amount of compression it can take allows us to run more boost. It has nothing to do with how it burns or anyhting it has to do with when it ignites due too pressure. a random noob once said: "I think its great that I can make a civilized post among you greater life forms and get my breasts ripped off by savage milk craving z people."
